1、什么是RIPs？
RIPs是REACH Implementation Projects的缩写，中文意思为：REACH实施项目。

2、为什么要执行RIPs？
1）REACH是一套复杂的化学品管理体系，涉及到化学品管理的方方面面；
2）要使利益相关方理解各自的任务，承担各自的责任，必要的指导和辅助工具非常关键；
3）REACH的成功实施需要充分的准备和酝酿。
