The Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (‘REACh’) Regulation (EC 1907/2006) came into force on 1st June 2007. The central principle of this legislation is to streamline the number of individual regulatory legislations affecting chemicals, thereby enhancing the existing regulatory framework to ensure there is sufficient protection for human health and the environment from chemical substances.

The REACH24H Consulting Group assisted many companies in fulfilling their REACh obligations for the 2010 deadline. We submitted 235 registration dossiers, provided CLP compliance services for 221 companies and were actively involved in approximately 2000 SIEFs.
