Compliant Responsibility under China Pesticide Regulation
The upcoming revision for “Regulation on Pesticide Administration” was promulgated in July 20, 2011 for public consultation. The revised regulation will strengthen registration, importing and exporting managements of pesticides. Meanwhile, it will also promote the development and implementation of GLP systems in China while encouraging innovation of new low risk and environmentally friendly pesticides.
Researchers of TC/TK or Formulations, manufactures of TC/TK or Formulations, enterprises processing and packing of Formulations, and exporting enterprises selling pesticide to China need to comply with this regulation.
