NHFPC has released GB 9685-2016《Standard for uses of additives in food contact materials and their products》and other 52 National Food Safety Standards on November 18th, 2016
NHFPC has announced a No.15 document about releasing GB 9685-2016《Standard for uses of additives in food contact materials and their products》and other 52 national food safety standards on November 18th, 2016. The safety of food contact material is closely bound up with our daily life. Therefore, REACH24H summarizes and interprets these 53 food safety standards at first time.
New-released GB 9685-2016, the most significant announcements in China, will come into effect on Oct 19th 2017. There are 1294 additives listed in the new GB 9685-2016, and 22 additives were deleted when compared with the draft. Moreover, the No.15 document has released 9 product standards（GB 4806.3-GB 4806.11） and one general safety requirements（GB 4806.1）,which refers to the materials and products of enamel, ceramic, glass, plastics(resin), paper and paperboard, metal, painting and coating, rubber etc. It also released 39 test standards for specific substances（GB 31604.11-GB 31604.49）.
