China\’s Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs has announced the approval of 10 new pesticide product registrations from Sichuan Jinzhu Ecological Agricultural Science and Technology Co., Ltd. and three other enterprises. The National Pesticide Registration Review Committee has completed a technical and evaluation review of the applications, in accordance with the \”Regulations on Pesticide Administration\” and \”Administrative Measures for Pesticide Registration.\”

The approved products have been issued with 5-year validity period certificates, and their labels have been released. This announcement provides exciting news for pesticide companies looking to expand their product offerings in China.

New Pesticide Product Performance

1. Ceriporia lacerate GXMS1

The antagonistic effect of Ceriporia lacerate on pathogenic microorganisms is acted by its secreted inhibitory active metabolites, while its mycelium can invade the pathogenic mycelium, distorting, deforming and vacuolating its hyphae, and finally completely invading and covering the pathogenic colonies.

2. Syngrapha falcifera Nuclear polyhedrosis Virus Kew1

When Syngrapha falcifera Nuclear polyhedrosis Virus Kew1 is sprayed on corn and fed on by the ostrinia nubilalis, the virus proliferates in the pest and kills it.

3. Spodoptera frugiperda multiple nucleopolyhedrovirus Hub1

When Spodoptera frugiperda multiple nucleopolyhedrovirus Hub1 is sprayed on corn and fed on by the spodoptera frugiperda, the virus proliferates in the pest and kills it.

4. Trichoderma harzianum Rifaistrain 1-22

This product is a microbial fungicide that can be used to control root diseases as well as leaf and fruit diseases of crops. After application, the mycelium of Trichoderma harzianum Rifaistrain senses the lectin secreted by the host (pathogen) and tends to grow towards the host. The lectin binds to the galactose residue on the cell wall of Trichoderma harzianum Rifaistrain, through which the Trichoderma harzianum Rifaistrain invades the host and causes the pathogen to disintegrate due to the reduction of cell expansion pressure.

5. Bacillus amyloliquefaciens HT2003

This product is a microbial fungicide, the mechanism of action is mainly antagonism, competition and induction of resistance. Through successful colonization of plant roots, body surface or body, it competes with pathogenic bacteria for nutrients around the plant, secretes antibacterial substances to inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria, and induces the plant defense system to resist the invasion of pathogenic bacteria, thus achieving effective rejection, inhibition and control of pathogens.
