China implements increasingly strict management and supervision system for chemical substances. Yet, the system is relatively fragmented – with different regulations and inventories existing for different types of chemicals, under the responsibility of different competent authorities. It is very important for EU SMEs to know which registrations they need to deal with, and which points they need to pay particular attention to for exporting their products to China.

REACH24H is invited by EU SME Center to present on How to Export Chemical Substances to China, aiming to provide an overview of China’s requirements for the import and circulation of different chemicals. In particular, the webinar will provide a detailed overview of the processes of new substance notification and hazardous chemical management, as well as other aspects such as labeling, product compliance and main market actors in China.
