REACH24H and UMCO’s second annual “China REACH and GHS Compliance Seminar” is a success in Germany

REACH24H presented on Interpretation on Inventory of Hazardous Chemicals (2015) Seminar in Tokyo

April 21, Tokyo, Japan “Interpretation on Inventory of Hazardous Chemicals (2015) Seminar” hosted by The Chemical Daily came to a successful end in Tokyo, Japan. REACH24H presented as the only speaker to analyze the possible influences of newly published inventory, and provide compliance strategies on hazardous chemical registration in China. This half-day seminar attracted over 100 attendees, including decision-makers of multi-nationals, corporate EHS affair supervisors, relevant experts and managing directors of enterprises. On 9 Mar 2015, China’s Inventory of Hazardous Chemicals (2015) was jointly issued by 10 departments under the central government. It will take effect from 1 May 2015 and replace the Catalogue of Hazardous Chemicals (2002) and Inventory of Chinese Highly Toxic Chemicals (2002). The inventory contains 2828 well-recognized hazardous chemicals and will help guide the administrative work of the authorities, as well as clarify industries’ obligations under State Council Decree 591 and its sub-regulations. REACH24H Acquired Qualification of Cosmetics Safety Assessment in the EU from the “Vrije Universiteit Brussel” (Belgium)

On February 2~7, REACH24H general manager of cosmetics division Tommy Kong and regulatory toxicologist Cindy Xie attended training course on the safety assessment of cosmetics in the EU and successfully acquired safety assessment qualification.
