In recent years China’s chemical regulatory framework has undergone great changes. Meanwhile, since 11 Dec 2013, a new Chemical Substance Registration System had brought into the revised Taiwan TCSCA and came into force on 11 Dec 2014. This means the complexities of various chemical management regulations in China and Taiwan pose major regulatory and trade barriers for foreign companies. Thus directors/managers in EHS department or other decision makers who seek marketing opportunities in Chinese chemical market have participated and gave positive feedbacks.
