ECHA publishes the first report on the CMR substances registered or notified after the 2010 registration deadline 5 June 2012 From ECHA’s press release – The report “CMR substances from Annex VI of the CLP Regulation which are registered under REACH and/or notified under CLP” is a screening of the information available at the Agency in April 2012. It also presents the first opportunity to take a look at the CMR – carcinogenic, mutagenic or toxic to reproduction – substances which have now been registered and/or notified.
The draft, formulated in accordance with the “Regulations of road transport in the people’s republic of China “and the revised “Regulations on Control over Safety of Hazardous Chemical” (Decree No. 591), apply to road transport of hazardous goods, which consist of the goods listed in the “inventory of hazardous goods” (GB 12268) and other goods consider as hazardous by other regulations. 04 June 2012 China Ministry of Transport is now seeking public comments by 17th June for its new draft of “Regulation on Road Transport of Hazardous Goods” in attempt to replace the original regulation on road transport of Hazardous goods, which was issued in 2005.
