REACH24H Consulting Group looms large in global presence, with its headquarter located in Hangzhou, China and two other offices established successively in Dublin, Ireland and Washington D.C., U.S.A. It is building on the resources of CTI-Centre Testing International Corporation (Stock Code: SZ.300012), the parent company of REACH24H Consulting Group, as well as years of business experience by the subsidiary company of CTI in Taiwan that REACH24H Consulting Group Taiwan Office is formally established, ready to provide Taiwan New and Existing Chemical Substances Registration services under TCSCA/OSHA and access to consultation services in multiple chemical regulations including EU REACH, China New Chemical Notification (China Reach), China Hazardous Chemical Registration, Global GHS/SDS/Labeling, F-gas, K-REACH as well as regulations in Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Australia etc.

Ray Huang, a Technological Management major graduating from Department of Applied Chemistry, National Chiao Tung University, joins staff of REACH24H Consulting Group. Ray enjoys a profound knowledge base of chemistry and years of experience in the chemical industry.
