On August 2, REACH24H Chemical Regulatory Seminar 2016 was successfully held in Taipei, jointly organized by REACH24H Consulting Group, Importers and Exporters Association of Taipei,Taipei Chemical Suppliers Association and Medgaea Life Sciences Ltd., attracting over 130 attendees from prestigious chemical companies in Taiwan. This is the 2^nd time that REACH24H organizes a chemical regulatory seminar in Taiwan since last year, hailed by many as informative and instructive.

At the seminar, senior regulatory compliance consultants from REACH24H delivered key speeches regarding regulatory compliance in various countries and regions. Mr. Ray Huang provided an overview of global chemical regulations based on the data collected by ChemLinked, briefing on regulatory requirements and GHS implementation in the EU, U.S., China, South Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Philippines. Mr. William Zhou and Jamie Cao provided an in-depth analysis of hot topics under EU REACH, K-REACH as well as China hazardous chemicals management and dangerous good transport with case studies. Ms. Jessie Zhang elaborated on Taiwan new and existing chemical substance registration, made a comparative analysis of China new substance notification and Taiwan New/Existing substance registration, and shared experiences in testing for new chemical substance registration in Taiwan. At the seminar, regulatory analysis is well integrated into case studies, providing a comprehensive and in-depth view of major regulations that affect Taiwan companies.

The seminar managed to address much concerns troubling Taiwan companies. Many attendees spoke highly of the seminar, saying that all the presentations are well prepared and facilitated a comprehensive understanding of regulations in major regions among the attendees. They also applauded the face to face communication with REACH24H regulatory specialists at tea breaks, with their specific confusions well touched upon.
