On 9 Feb 2015, REACH24H Consulting Group was announced by Korea’s MoE as the first non-Korean agent to successfully submit registration dossiers under K-REACH.

Since the historic news of Korea’s planned move to implement an EU REACH like regulatory framework was announced, our multilingual regulatory experts at REACH24H have carefully followed proceedings and built a solid foundation of regulatory knowhow. At present only Korean versions of K-REACH guidance documents have been published by Korea’s MoE, making regulatory barriers the least of the problems facing global stakeholders. In the months running up to the promulgation of K-REACH, REACH24H has been providing dependable regulatory information in English, Japanese, Korean and Chinese and has also hosted 2 hugely successful webinars in order to disseminate the latest in regulatory updates and ensure our clients and the global industry as a whole were ready for the pending changes.
