REACH24H Attends the 4th International Cosmetic Congress
REACH24H Consulting Group was invited to attend the 4th International Cosmetic Congress in Paris, France on December 15. The congress was held by COSMED, and co-organized by UBIFRANCE. Tommy Kong, General Manger of Cosmetic Division of REACH24H, gave a speech on ‘Update on China Cosmetic Regulatory Environment 2014’, which has been recognized and gained concerns.
This congress aimed to help French cosmetic companies get insight into the Asian cosmetic markets, understand related cosmetic regulatory compliance, cope with trade barrier and develop oversea markets. About 90 French companies’ regulation and marketing directors, industry experts attended the conference, studying and discussing together.

Centered on Asian marketing and regulation, firstly UBIFRANCE made detailed reports to read Asian cosmetic markets. Then regional industrial associations and consultancies gave speeches on Asian cosmetic regulation systems. As the long-term partner on China regulatory compliance of COSMED, REACH24H focused on the introduction of the update on China cosmetic regulatory environment, especially on the issues of over-label, duty of responsible agent, drawn a heated discussion.
