BACKGROUND

This coming November 2021, the 13^th Chemical Regulatory Annual Conference and Asian Helsinki Chemicals Forum (HCF) will come together for a second edition, inviting all experts in the industry from Asia and the West to join in-person in the city of Hangzhou, China and through its online platform.

August 2021, Hangzhou. One year has passed since REACH24H and Helsinki Chemicals Forum (HCF) held their first joint Forum, the CRAC-HCF 2020 Virtual Forum, a four-week virtual event with 6 sessions and over 70 speakers from across the industry, welcoming over 9000 participants globally.

Due to the ongoing global challenges presented by COVID-19, REACH24H will celebrate the 13^th Chemical Regulatory Annual Conference (CRAC) with its partner Helsinki Chemicals Forum (HCF), the CRAC-HCF 2021 Forum, as a Hybrid event. The CRAC-HCF 2021 Hybrid Forum will have in-person and virtual components, and will be held on November 8-16, 2021.

HCF has held annual high-level conferences in Helsinki every year since 2009, supported by European Chemicals Agency (ECHA), the European Commission (EC) and the European Chemical Industry Council (CEFIC) and a number of Finnish Government ministries.
