Rosey Liao, a Master at Kyung Hee University in South Korea, is now a chemical regulatory specialist at the GHS Compliance Affairs Department of REACH24H Consulting Group. Dedicated to South Korea’s GHS regulations tracking and compliance work, she has successfully helped manufacturers outside of Korea submit hundreds of MSDSs and obtained dozens of CBI product approvals and has extensive experience in chemical management and compliance consulting in South Korea, China, the European Union, and other regions.
