During the webinar, Mike Sohn will detail what is happening for South Korea’s cosmetic regulations. Some new product categories will be falling into the cosmetic sector from Jan and ‘Customized cosmetic certified person’ will be able to broaden their work scope to accelerate this industry area. Functional product filing will be simplified as there will be wider testing exemptions. There will also be some additions to the colorants list and test methods, accordingly. Last of all, as of Covid-19 pandemic compliance, the MFDS will delay the deadlines or allow an installment plan.
