Background


In order to effectively prevent and control atmospheric environmental pollution in China and further reduce the emission of VOC pollutants, China is advancing measures for VOC source control. Recently, China has issued following national mandatory product standards: Limits for Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) in Inks, Limits for Volatile Organic Compounds in Adhesives, Limits for VOCs in Cleaning Agents, Limits for harmful substances in industrial protective Coating, and so on. China has clearly stipulated the limits for VOCs in various products which cover relevant enterprises and public institution in production, sales, use, testing for products.
