In late 2020, China released the long-awaited Guidelines for Road Transport of Dangerous Goods Packed in Excepted Quantities and Limited Quantities, to facilitate the implementation of the exemption system for dangerous goods packed LQ and EQ, which was introduced in the Measures for Safety Administration of Road Transport of Dangerous Goods.
