Background

K-REACH was firstly implemented in 2015 and posed considerable legal challenges to enterprises targeting South Korean chemical market. The latest revisions of K-REACH, which will go into effect on 1 Jan 2019, have made significant changes to its management of existing chemicals and new chemicals and further expanded its supervision scope of chemical products. This webinar aims to help enterprises to comply with new K-REACH, by discussing the state of PECs registration before K-REACH revision and most updated information in K-REACH.
