With 30 years’ experience in Chemical Hazard Communication and Chemical Control Regulations, Aad supports companies in identifying and prioritizing their business requirements and mapping them against the various solution sets that Sphera provides in the Product Stewardship space. One of his passions is advocating and assisting companies to transform ‘global regulatory compliance’ from a constraint for ‘go-to-market’, into a ‘key business driver’. Aad holds a Master’s degree in Biology and Toxicology, having started his career as an Environmental Management consultant with Royal Haskoning. He has consulted major  companies in Oil & Gas, Soap & Detergents, Paint & Coatings, Fragrance & Flavours and downstream users on their Global Product Compliance strategy and designed solutions across diverse operating and IT landscapes.

Ms. Hannah Zhuang, Senior Regulatory Consultant       REACH24H Consulting Group

Ms. Hannah Zhuang holds a Master in Communication Studies, having graduated from the University of Leeds. She has been servicing global chemical companies and insuring chemical compliance since 2011. Ms. Zhuang is responsible for key accounts held by customers from Fortune 500 under REACH24H. She has developed a broad expertise in ensuring solutions to chemical registration solutions for the AP region, including China, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, among others. Ms. Zhuang has been part of many higher band registration projects and has won praise from customers across the industry.
