Background

Since 2014, Taiwan’s Chemical Substance Registration Center has been established to strengthen the management of chemical substances and build a safe and sustainable chemical environment. On November 23, 2021, under the Toxic and Concerned Chemical Substances Control Act (TCSCCA), Taiwan EPA issued the revised Regulations on New and Existing Chemical Substances Registration. This regulation clarifies the types, quantity ranges, required information, registration deadlines, etc. of chemical substances subject to registration, as well as the requirements for declaration or supplementation after registration.

This webinar will help enterprises comprehensively understand the chemical registration requirements in Taiwan, with a focus on introducing the current chemical substance registration system, compliance requirements and relevant operation procedures in practice, ensuring that enterprises can smoothly handle the compliance work.
