CTI Has Completed the Acquisition of CSERC
Suzhou, August 12, 2013
August 12th 2013 , CTI Group successfully taken CSERC Ltd. by one hundred percent acquisition of its stock shares. It is a successful business expansion in eastern China that aims to enhance CTI brand influence. Based within the same region, REACH24H–CTI’s crucial group member, is expected to gain virtual benefit from the acquisition.
CSERC, specializing in chemical assessment, was originally funded by Hong Kong investors, and has maintained long-term collaboration with Intertek — a worldwide leading provider of quality and safety solutions. The acquisition marks a new era for the laboratory to prepare a growth in future business.
CSERC, established in 2009, owns a 4-storey office building in China-Singapore Ecological Technology Park, with its working areas up to 8000 square meters. The laboratory has been in operation for years with more than 50 staffs owing master degrees and been engaged in chemical assessment projects for over 3000 chemical companies across Chinese Mainland, India, South Korea, Taiwan and other parts of the world.
With over 30 million investments, CSERC is now equipped with most advanced testing devices and experimental facilities, such as coaguometer, automatic biochemical analyzer, hematology analyzer, urine analyzer, binocular biological microscope, low speed centrifuge, micro plate reader, Olympus biomicroscope, rotary microtome, TOC tester, and Coulter counter etc.
These advantages ensure CTI’s testing capacity which would help to enlarge market shares and to increase brand influence particularly in eastern regions. On the other hand, the acquisition keeps the previous CSERC’s internal management system, abor relation and salary distribution mechanism, which stabilizes the morale of the whole team.
Foreseeable influence could be exerted on REACH24H’s marketing prospect, as home-based major force in laboratory testing supports throughout the entire compliance work. The collaboration with CSERC would have, to a larger extent, provided stronger back-up to its fellow group members who would like to gain mutually benefit.
